In vitro study	PTZ-343 behaves as electron transfer mediator, it reacts with HRP-II to release HRP and a enhance (PTZ-343) radical. The enhancer (PTZ-343) radical quickly oxidizes luminol anions to induce light emission.

Introduction	Sodium phenothiazine-10-yl-propylsulfonate salt is a water-soluble enhancer of luminol chemiluminescence peroxidation catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Use	Phenothiazine-10-yl-propylsulfonate sodium salt can be used for biological and analytical research in the field of portable chemiluminescence imaging immunoassay, and can simultaneously detect different subtypes of prostate-specific antigen in serum.
biological activity	PTZ-343 is a powerful luminescence enhancer (enhancer) of luminol (HY-15922). PTZ-343 greatly increased the light output of peroxidase-catalyzed chemiluminescence oxidation of luminol (> amp; gt; 80%).
